Lists packs in the registry with their latest version. Nodes use it to keep their local index current.

Query Parameters

limit integer optional query

Page size, from 1 to 100.

cursor string optional query

Opaque cursor from the previous page's `next_cursor`. Omit it for the first page.

updated_since string (date-time) optional query

Only packs with a version published after this time.
